Billing & Plans
Trials, Core vs. Pro, per-building pricing, and managing your subscription.
CompliCore operates on a per-building subscription model, ensuring you only pay for the scale of the portfolio you are actively managing.
Trialing State
When you first sign up, your account is placed in a 14-day Trial. During the trial, you have access to unlimited buildings and all "Core" features (dashboard, asset tracking, alerts, and manual logs).
Core vs. Pro
Once your trial ends, you must select a plan:
- Core Plan: Includes unlimited users, the compliance calendar, manual inspection logging, and automated alerts.
- Pro Plan: Unlocks our most powerful automation tools, including the multi-year CapEx Forecasting Engine, AI Invoice Parsing, Bulk Municipal Sync, and Advanced Deferral Scenarios.
Managing Stripe
All billing is securely handled via Stripe. To update your credit card, view past invoices, or change your subscription plan:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- You will be securely redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal to make your changes.
