We take the security of your property data and financial records incredibly seriously.
Data Privacy
Your portfolio data is completely isolated. CompliCore employs strict tenant-isolation architecture, meaning users from one portfolio can never query or access data from another organization, even via the API.
All uploaded documents (like vendor invoices and PDF certificates) are stored in secure, encrypted, non-public cloud buckets. Only authenticated users with explicit access to your portfolio can generate the temporary signed URLs required to view these files.
AI Privacy
When you use Pro features like AI Invoice Parsing or the Help Center Assistant, we send data to Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Zero Retention: We have strict zero-data-retention agreements with our LLM providers (OpenAI / Google).
- No Training: Your uploaded invoices, financial data, and vendor names are never used to train public AI models. The data is processed in memory to generate a response and then immediately discarded.
