Dispatching Vendors

When an asset enters the due_soon window, you need to hire a licensed contractor to perform the inspection. CompliCore accelerates this process with AI-assisted dispatching.

The Vendor Directory#

CompliCore maintains a directory of your preferred vendors. You can access this in your settings or when viewing a building's details. Each vendor profile includes their contact information, the categories of assets they service (e.g., Elevators vs Boilers), and their historical pricing.

AI-Assisted Dispatch#

When you are ready to request a quote:

1. Navigate to an asset that is due_soon or expired.
2. Click the Request Quote action.
3. CompliCore's AI will automatically draft a highly detailed outreach email. The email will include the asset's serial number, exact location, previous inspection dates, and the legal deadline.
4. Select a vendor from your directory, review the drafted email, and click Send.

This ensures your vendors have all the technical specifications they need to provide an accurate quote without requiring a site visit first.
