Team & Roles
Invite teammates and understand Owner, Admin, Manager, and Viewer permissions.
CompliCore is designed to be a collaborative hub for your entire property management staff. You can invite unlimited team members to your portfolio, controlling exactly what they can see and do using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Inviting Users
To invite a new teammate:
- Go to Settings > Team.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter their email address and select their Role.
- They will receive an email containing a secure login link.
Role Permissions
Every user in your portfolio must be assigned one of four roles:
- Owner: Full, unrestricted access. Owners can view and edit everything, delete the portfolio, manage billing, and invite other users.
- Admin: Can edit buildings, assets, and logs, and invite new members. Admins cannot manage billing or delete the portfolio.
- Manager: Can edit buildings, assets, and logs. Managers cannot invite new team members or alter global settings.
- Viewer: Read-only access. Viewers can see the dashboard, export reports, and view assets, but they cannot make any changes or log inspections.
