Notification Settings

CompliCore is built to ensure you never miss a deadline, but we also want to respect your inbox. You can fine-tune exactly how the system alerts you.

User Preferences#

Navigate to Settings > Notifications to adjust your preferences. These settings apply only to your user account, not your entire team.

You can toggle alerts on or off for three separate channels:

• Email: Standard alerts delivered straight to your inbox.
• SMS: Text messages for urgent violations (standard carrier rates apply).
• Push Notifications: Alerts delivered directly to your mobile device or browser if you have the CompliCore Progressive Web App installed.

Alert Types#

You can also choose what you are alerted about:

• Immediate Alerts: Instantly notify you the moment an asset crosses into due_soon (60 days out) or expired.
• Weekly Digests: Instead of constant pings, receive a single summary email every Monday morning outlining everything due in the next 30 days.
