Managing Buildings
Create, edit, and organize the buildings in your portfolio.
The Portfolio section is where you manage the physical footprint of your organization. Every asset, inspection, and violation is tied to a specific building.
The Property Table
Your main dashboard displays the Property Table, which gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire portfolio's health.
- Sorting & Searching: Use the search bar to find buildings by name or address. Click column headers to sort by compliance status, next deadline, or total active exposure.
- Filtering: Use the dropdowns to filter your portfolio by state, building type, or current compliance status.
Building Details Page
Clicking on any row in the Property Table opens the Building Details Page. This is the dedicated command center for that specific property. Here, you can see:
- The building's overall compliance score.
- A list of all registered Compliance Assets inside the building.
- A chronological history of all Inspection Logs.
Actions Menu
On the right side of every building row, you will find the Actions Menu (represented by three dots ...).
- Edit Building: Update the building's address, internal ID, or custom tags.
- Delete Building: Permanently remove the building and all associated assets and logs from your portfolio. Warning: This action cannot be undone.
