Importing Data

If you are migrating to CompliCore from spreadsheets or another system, you don't have to manually type in every building and asset.

CSV Bulk Import#

You can bulk-import your entire portfolio using our standard CSV template.

1. Navigate to the Portfolio tab.
2. Click the Import button in the top right.
3. Download the CSV Template.
4. Fill in the columns: Building Name, Address, Asset Category, Serial Number, and Last Inspection Date.
5. Upload the file. CompliCore will validate the data and automatically build your portfolio hierarchy.

Municipal Sync (Pro Feature)#

If your buildings are located in supported jurisdictions (D.C., MD, VA), you can use our direct municipal sync.

1. Click the Sync Registry button.
2. CompliCore will cross-reference your building addresses with public city databases (e.g., DOB scrape).
3. The system will automatically pull in known elevators, boilers, and active violations that the city has on record, saving you hours of manual data entry.
