What is CompliCore?#

CompliCore is an intelligent property compliance ecosystem. We automate the massive spreadsheet of asset tracking, deadlines, and budgets that property managers traditionally maintain by hand.

By centralizing your portfolio, CompliCore provides a single pane of glass to view the health of all your buildings, projecting multi-year compliance liabilities (CapEx) and intercepting violations before they occur.

The Dashboard#

When you log in, you are greeted by the main Dashboard. This acts as your command center, summarizing the most critical KPIs for your portfolio:

• Buildings Monitored: The total number of active properties under your watch.
• Active Violations: Any assets that have lapsed past their legal inspection window.
• Fines Avoided: An ongoing tally of financial exposure you have neutralized by logging inspections on time.
• Due in 60 Days: The number of upcoming deadlines requiring immediate attention.

Global Navigation#

Navigating CompliCore is designed to be frictionless:

• The Sidebar: Quickly jump between your Portfolio, Compliance tools, the CapEx Engine, and Account settings.
• Global Search: Press CMD+K (or CTRL+K on Windows) from anywhere in the app to open the command palette. Use it to instantly search for a specific building, asset, or to jump directly to a page like Settings or Budgets.
